The founders and owners of Horizon21 have proven a visionary mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and successful leadership by founding RMF, which was sold to Man Group plc in 2002. Rainer-Marc Frey and a core management team of the former RMF laid the foundation for Horizon21 in 2004.
Since then, Horizon21 grew to a team of 120 employees and implemented an international network with locations in Pfaeffikon SZ, Zurich, London, Bratislava, and the Cayman Islands. Horizon21 built up a strategic partnership with Swiss Re within the alternative investments universe in 2005 and within the private equity business at the end of 2006.
